Larry Stefanki is to coach world number eight seed Andy Roddick
Tim Henman's former coach Larry Stefanki will coach world number eight seed Andy Roddick ahead of the coming season, it has been confirmed.
Stefanki has previously trained John McEnore, Yvegeny Kafelnikov, Fernando Gonzalez and Henman.
The American teamed up with former British number one in 2001 for two years before they parted ways and Henman joined up with Paul Annacone.
Roddick had a disappointing 2008 season and earlier this month was forced to withdraw from the Masters Cup due to injury.
Since his US Open victory in 2003, Roddick has failed to win a grand slam despite numerous final appearances, notably against Roger Federer at Wimbledon.
He split up with former coach Jimmy Connors in July 2006.
