Northampton Saints have qualified for the semi-finals of the EDF Energy Cup after coming from behind to beat Llanelli Scarlets at Franklins Gardens.
The Saints had to beat the Scarlets to secure their place in the last four but trailed 10-0 at the start of the game, however, they eventually prevailed 33-20 thanks to a superb second-half performance.
Northampton scored four tries in total while 13 points from the boot of Stephen Myler also helped their cause.
Llanelli went 10-0 up early on thanks to tries from Regan King and Morgan Stoddart before younger winger Chris Ashton scored a brace for the Saints.
Myler notched a penalty as did Ceiron Thomas to keep the scores level at 13-13 at the break.
But the Saints stretched clear after half time with tries from captain Bruce Reihana and Scotland international Sean Lamont. Myler converted both scores and also scored two penalties to put the game beyond Llanelli.
Jonathan Davies crossed the whitewash for the Scarlets but it was too late in the game and the Saints were able to claim top spot in Group D.
Elsewhere, in the same group Saracens beat Bristol 24-22. But with the Saints getting a bonus point from their win and Sarries unable to get one against Bristol they were left in third place in the group.
Bristol led 16-6 at half time thanks to two David Lemi tries but Saracens scored a further two penalties and got two tries from Noah Cato and Alex Goode to narrowly edge out Bristol.
