England have beaten South Africa by seven wickets by the Duckworth-Lewis method after a rain-affected game at Lord's.
Kevin Pietersen's side go 4-0 up in the series after winning with 14 balls to spare.
After two rain delays, the game had been reduced to 33 overs per side with the Proteas posting 183-6 before more showers ended their innings.
Chasing a revised target of 137 from 20 overs, Owais Shah made an unbeaten 43 while Andrew Flintoff whacked 31 off 12 balls to clinch victory.
After being put into bat, opener Herschelle Gibbs put on an opening stand of 66 with Hashim Amla (34) before the latter was run out.
Gibbs top-scored with 74 off 75 balls before he was bowled by Stuart Broad.
Jacques Kallis' miserable form continued as he was bowled for one by Andrew Flintoff, who finished with 3-21 after also removing JP Duminy (20) and Vernon Philander (10).
In reply, England made a woeful start with Matt Prior falling for a duck after edging a delivery from Dale Steyn to Mark Boucher.
Ian Bell was then dismissed by Morne Morkel for 13 to leave England on 19-2 before skipper Pietersen and Shah combined.
The pair looked to dominate the tourists' attack and put on a partnership of 74 before Pietersen (40) was dismissed by skipper Johan Botha.
Shah hit four classy boundaries in his innings of 40 balls while Flintoff guided England to victory with five boundaries and a six.
The final ODI is in Cardiff on Wednesday and an England win will move them into second place in the world rankings behind Australia.
