Arsene Wenger has become the latest Premiership manager to call for video technology to help referees.
Blackburn Rovers manager Mark Hughes and Watford boss Adrian Boothroyd urged the Football Association (FA) to introduce technology after controversial decisions went against their sides on Sunday.
Wenger, whose Arsenal side face Hamburg in the Champions League tomorrow, said television replays need to be introduced.
"I agree. It's a position I've defended for a long time but some people refuse progress," he said.
"It's like saying we don't want to play with electricity - we want to play night games with torches."
The Frenchman added technology would put an end to the controversy over officials' decisions.
"I feel that refusing progress is difficult to defend. You want the right decision to be taken." Wenger said.
"Now, every game, every decision of the referee is analysed on television and the only one in the whole game who has no access to the video, and the right picture, is the referee."
"I don't find it right. But what is even more surprising is that the referees don't want to use it. It's amazing."
Earlier this month, Wenger blasted the "stupidity" of football's authorities in failing to use technology after the Gunners' 1-0 defeat against CSKA Moscow.
Spanish referee Mejuto González ruled out Thierry Henry's equaliser for an apparent handball and cautioned the Frenchman for arguing with the decision.
