To keep up to date on all the latest news from Super League, inthenews.co.uk are bringing you regular weekly updates courtesy of Harlequins' star stand-off Danny Orr.
This week, Dan gives us his thoughts on the team's last-gasp defeat to Salford; an update on his fitness ahead of this weekend's game against Hull; and his view on how the playoff picture is shaping up heading into the last month of the season.
"I'm raring to go again this week after I missed last week's game with a bit of a quad strain, which I picked up against Bradford.
"It's that time of the season when you get a few knocks and bumps but I'm not too bad at the moment and close to 100 per cent.
"I nearly made it in time for the Salford game but Mac and myself decided not to risk it but I'll hopefully have a part to play on Friday night.
"Myself and all the guys are keen to bounce back from what was a really disappointing result last Saturday.
"We had the game won with about five minutes to go but we let in two really soft tries at the end and it's cost us another vital two points, which we can't afford at this stage of the season.
"We shot ourselves in the foot, to be honest. We should have won.
"I thought overall we played fairly well - not brilliant, but ok - but the last five minutes was just a catalogue of errors.
"We're getting towards the end of the season now and the playoff picture is taking shape - and one of our big rivals for the top eight is one of my old teams, Castleford Tigers.
"I spent a lot of time with Cas, and obviously I'm from there originally, and I want them to do well whenever possible.
"But the way things are now there may not be enough room for both of us in the playoffs - especially as we're playing each other at the Stoop next weekend - and I want to be in there.
"We haven't set a specific target for the last few games.
"Our aim is obviously to win all three and see where it takes us but we haven't discussed a minimum number of points we think will get us in the playoffs.
"Either way, the upcoming games are massive ones for all the teams involved and while it's a bit of a cliché it's going to be a case of taking each one as it comes, starting with Hull.
"If we win that, we'll start looking at Cas, then it's Warrington away on the last day. Hopefully, once all the points get totalled up, we'll have enough."
