Three men have been charged in the US with plotting to attack a Danish newspaper and helping plan the 2008 Mumbai attacks.
In Chicago on Thursday Ilyas Kashmiri was indicted for his role in plotting an attack against the Jyllands-Posten newspaper following the publication of the controversial cartoons involving the Prophet Muhammad in 2005.
Abdur Rehma, 49, was also charged with conspiracy to murder and maim persons in Denmark as well as providing material to support the plot.
Chicago businessman Tahawwur Rana, who was arrested last October, has already been charged over the plot.
Mr Rehma and Mr Kasmiri have yet to be arrested and are thought to currently be residing in Pakistan.
All three men are also accused of helping to plot the Mumbai attacks which left over 170 people dead.
An associate of Mr Rana, David Hadley, was charged last month with conducting surveillance trips to Denmark and India.
The 49-year-old American is accused of passing on information to members of the Lashkar-e-Taiba group accused of being behind the Mumbai attacks.
He has pleaded not guilty to 12 terrorism-related charges and remains in custody.
