At least 11 people in the Pakistani city of Lahore have been killed following a suicide bomber attack, police said on Monday.
Reports from the eastern city claim a car bomb targeted Pakistani offices, destroying the building and leaving at least 11 dead and more than 60 people wounded.
Volunteers and rescue workers are currently searching through the rubble in Pakistan's second largest city for survivors of the blast. It is believed the building targeted was an anti-terrorist wing of the federal investigative agency.
It is widely believed the attack was caused by Taliban militants, who have admitted to a wave of similar attacks in the region over the last year. No one has yet claimed responsibility for the attack however.
Pakistan's government said blame for the attack lay with "hired killers who want to destabilise Pakistan".
Lahore police chief Pervaiz Rathore told reporters: "It was a suicide attack. We have heard that 40 to 50 people were in the [investigation agency] building when the incident happened. Rescue work is in progress."
Thousands have been killed in suicide and bomb attacks in Pakistan since 2007, although today's bloodshed follows a decline of attacks, believed in part to be due the suspected death of Taliban leader Hakimullah Mehsud.
