At least eight people have been killed in an explosion at a market in north-western Pakistan.
The explosion took place in the town of Dera Ismail Khan in Peshawar, the capital city of the troubled North West Frontier Province.
A bomb was planted in a bicycle which exploded during rush hour and injured 20 bystanders.
In comments to AFP news agency, Dera Ismail's Khan's administrator Syed Mohsin Shah said: "Eight people have been killed and 20 injured in the blast. The bomb was planted in a cycle-rickshaw and it was rush hour in the bazaar at the time of blast."
No group has claimed responsibility for the blasts as yet.
In the last few months the Pakistani army has intensified operations in the province to uproot Taliban fighters from the area.
On Friday, the Taliban claimed responsibility for a bomb attack on a luxury hotel in Peshawar which claimed 18 lives and also said it was behind a suicide attack in Lahore which claimed the life of a top cleric.
