There have been further riots in Greece after vigils were held for a 15-year-old boy killed by police eight days ago.
Clashes broke out in Athens and other cities on Saturday evening following ceremonies in remembrance of Alexandros Grigoropoulos.
Reports suggest that petrol bombs were thrown at banks and the police station where the officer charged with killing the teenager was based.
At least 70 people are said to have been hurt in the subsequent fighting after police responded with tear gas.
Greece has been gripped by violence over the last week or so as protests against the police shooting continue.
Earlier on Saturday, hundreds of school children gathered outside the parliament building in Athens and at the site where the teenager was shot.
Banners have been erected in the main square outside parliament with slogans such as "The state kills" and "Down with the government of murderers".
The protesters have pledged to continue their street demonstrations until concerns over the current economic crisis and the increasingly unpopular government are addressed.
Greek prime minister Costas Karamanlis and his government, however, have refused to stand down.
