Jonny Wilkinson's Newcastle produced a stunning comeback to beat Worcester 20-19 at Kingston Park.
Late tries from Robbie Morris and Tim Visser gave the Falcons their first win of the season.
Wilkinson had been overshadowed by Shane Drahm who kicked four penalties and one conversion for the visitors as the Warriors led 16-3 at the break.
