Wigan Warriors kept up their winning start to the season with a 32-6 win over Hull KR at the DW Stadium.
Amos Roberts got the Warriors off to the perfect start with a 3rd minute try before Martin Gleeson extended the lead with another four-pointer four minutes later.
Hull KR steadied the ship after their nightmare start and were back in it six minutes before the break with Ben Fisher diving over after Liam Watts' offload.
Wigan made a fast start to the second half but were denied a try on 46 minutes after Andy Coley was deemed to have lost control of the ball when ready to touch down by the video referee.
They weren't to be denied three minutes later though as Sean O'Loughlin scooped up Sam Tomkins' high kick and touched down under the posts.
Pat Richards latched onto Tomkins' chipped kick to score and move the Warriors further ahead on 56 minutes and the win was wrapped up with 11 minutes to go when Joel Tomkins crashed over to make it 26-6.
Roberts put the icing on the cake with four minutes remaining, collecting Michael Dobson's loose kick and sprinting home from halfway for his second try of the night to make the final score 32-6.
The win puts Wigan top of the Super League temporarily as they move above the Wolves and the Wildcats while Hull KR remain 5th.
Elsewhere, the Crusaders grabbed their first win of the season and moved off the foot of the table with a 36-16 win over Salford City Reds at the Willows.
The Crusaders led 14-12 at the break thanks to two tries from Vince Mellars and a score from Frankie Winternstein but the hosts were still in it thanks to tries from Daniel Holdsworth and Matty Smith, both of which were converted by Stefan Ratchford.
The lead was stretched to 26-12 after six minutes of the second half as Mellars completed his hat-trick and Michael Witt touched down minutes later, the latter kicking both conversions.
Fourteen minutes later and the lead was up to 20 points thanks to a Jamie Thackray try before the hosts reduced the arrears thanks to a Karl Fitzpatrick try.
But the final say went to the Crusaders and Gareth Raynor who touched down with two minutes to go to wrap up a 36-16 win.
The win moves the Crusaders up to 9th but the Reds remain winless down in 12th.
In the nights other fixture Hull FC came out 14-6 winners in a close encounter with Huddersfield Giants at the KC Stadium
Danny Tickle and Craig Smith scored to give the hosts a 12-0 lead before the Giants halved the deficit ten minutes before the break through a David Faiumu try converted by Scott Grix.
Tickle's third place kick of the night stretched the lead to eight points ten minutes into the second half and that proved to be the last score as Hull eased to victory.
Hull keep their 100 per cent start to the season and move second whilst the Giants sit 8th with one win and one loss from their opening fixtures.
