Wales have defeated England's World Cup group opponents Trinidad and Tobago 2-1 in Austria.
The Caribbean side played Wales in an attempt to recreate the style of play favoured by England, but the pale imitators of Sven Goran Eriksson's men were too good.
Robert Earnshaw was the first to threaten Trinidad and Tobago's goal but his shot was saved and Carl Fletcher blazed the rebound over the bar.
James Collins gave away a needless free-kick by the corner flag and Chris Birchall was able to float in a 32nd minute cross.
Stern John took advantage of poor Welsh defending and knocked the ball into the back of the net.
Five minutes later Wales were back on level terms after Earnshaw profited from Joe Ledley's long ball to chip the keeper.
On 54 minutes Gareth Bale came on as a substitute to become Wales' youngest ever international at 16 years and 315 days old.
Bale is a Southampton player and used to share a room with Arsenal and England's new star Theo Walcott.
He was vital in creating the Welsh winning goal his barnstorming run up the left flank ended in the young defender whipping the ball into the near post and Earnshaw was on hand to make it 2-1.
