Togos football team will be meeting tomorrow to discuss whether the country will play its second Group G World Cup game against Switzerland following an acrimonious pay dispute.
Earlier in the day it had appeared that FIFA had managed to reach a resolution after the Togo side had agreed to travel to their Dortmund base prior to tomorrows fixture.
However, speaking to PA sport, Togo captain Jean-Paul Abalo subsequently said that the team would wait until tomorrow before making a decision.
We want to see some money in our account but its the group that decides.
This will be the decision of the whole squad not just one player, he added.
Abalo also claimed that the potential boycott revolved around payments that the side had already been promised for qualifying for the tournament in Germany.
Preparations in the Togolese camp had already been disrupted by coach Otto Pfisters resignation prior to the tournament followed by his return before the opening fixture against South Korea.
No team in World Cup history has ever boycotted a game during the tournament.
