England have their bowlers to thank after beating West Indies by 79 runs in the one-day international at Lord's.
Paul Collingwood's side set a total of just 226 to win thanks to a half-century from Ian Bell. Fidel Edwards starred with the ball for the tourists taking 5-45.
But Alan Donald's role as bowling coach looks to be paying off with the Windies skittled out for 146.
Stuart Broad finished with 3-20 while fellow seamers James Anderson and Liam Plunkett took two wickets apiece.
Shivnarine Chanderpaul was once again in charge of guiding the Windies through another disaster, making an unbeaten half-century.
After being put into bat by the Caribbean side's skipper Chris Gayle, England's dreary innings had just 12 boundaries as they adopted a strategy of nicking singles.
After the openers made just 46 runs in the first 13 overs, Alistair Cook fell for 29 after mistiming a pull shot off Edwards to Dwayne Bravo at backward square.
Cook's partner Matt Prior was then trapped lbw off the medium pace of Bravo after making 37 from 65 balls.
The Lord's crowd failed to be inspired by the usually entertaining Kevin Pietersen who made 33 off 47 balls before slashing a wide delivery from Bravo that was acrobatically caught by Marlon Samuels at gully.
Bell, batting at five, reached his half-century with only two boundaries and put on a partnership of 29 with Owais Shah for the fourth wicket before being comically run out by his partner.
Edwards then tore into England's middle-order and cleanly bowled skipper Paul Collingwood (5) and Dimitri Mascarenhas (2).
The paceman then dismissed Plunkett (4) and Stuart Broad for a duck after a war of words with the youngster.
Shah followed up his half-century in Friday's Twenty20 win with 42 from 38 balls before he was run out with England losing their last eight wickets for 77 runs.
But the Windies made a nightmare start in reply losing four wickets in 12 balls.
Skipper Gayle made just nine before tucking a loose ball from Plunkett off his hip straight to Broad on the square-leg boundary.
Anderson then bowled a peach of a delivery to remove Runako Morton's stumps and dismissed Marlon Samuels with the next ball after the all-rounder gloved to the keeper.
Devon Smith was then run out after a pinpoint throw from Anderson to leave the Windies on 13-4.
Chanderpaul steadied the ship and put on a 61-run partnership with Bravo (29) before the all-rounder nicked a delivery from Broad to wicketkeeper Prior.
Broad then dismissed Denesh Ramdin (0) and Smith (6) cheaply to leave England on the brink of victory.
Ravi Rampaul provided some stubborn resistance with 24 off 43 before skying a Plunkett delivery into the hands of Broad.
Chanderpaul reached his 47th ODI fifty off 100 balls, which contained five boundaries.
Edwards was the last man out after being run out to give England victory with more than ten overs remaining.
