After four years in the chart-topping wilderness, Justin Timberlake has seized the top of the UK singles chart for the first time in his solo career.
The 25-year-old US singer's latest single, Sexyback, was a new entry at number one after selling thousands of copies on Bank Holiday Monday alone.
Today's number one is the first time Timberlake has got to the top after a string of hits peaked at number two, including Like I Love You, Cry Me A River and Rock Your Body.
He knocks last week's number one holder, Beyonce, off the top spot. Her song, Déjà Vu, slides beneath non-mover Hips Don't Lie by Shakira to number three.
The highest new entry was the Scissor Sister's I Don't Feel Like Dancin' at four, while the album chart has a new number one is Kasabian's latest album.
Unfortunately the British band doesn't have much respect for the single chart's number one - Tom Meighan described Justin as a "midget with whiskers" this week.
