At least three people have been killed in a suicide bomber attack in Pakistan, with five others wounded.
Reports from the north-western city of Peshawar say the blast happened near to a police check-post, just 24-hours after 12 people were killed in another attack near the city.
Police in the area said today's attack happened on the city's ring-road, when a rickshaw was stopped at a checkpoint. Officials confirmed a policeman was among the dead. So far no one has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
"It was a suicide attack. The bomber was in a rickshaw and detonated his explosives when the rickshaw was stopped for a check," police official Zafar Khan told Reuters
"One of our constables, a passer-by and the rickshaw driver were killed."
Over 300 people have died in attacks in Pakistan since forces their launched an attack on the Taliban.
