England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson has proclaimed that his side can beat anybody they face at the World Cup after the 6-0 thrashing of Jamaica at Old Trafford.
The Swede saw his side tear the Caribbean side apart in his final game as national coach on English soil.
The performance, for Eriksson, has reaffirmed his belief in England's chances of success in Germany and he insists that they should fear no one.
"We need to play very good football, to attack and defend very well and we need luck with no more injuries as to win the World Cup everything must go your way all the time," Eriksson said.
"But I strongly believe we are one of the countries who can win it and that we are not worse than any of those teams who could win it." =
Despite fluffing his penalty, Liverpool striker Peter Crouch has been told that he will start the first game next weekend against Paraguay after his hat-trick yesterday.
With all the warm-up games out of the way, Eriksson will now turn his attention to Saturday and the meeting with the South Americans.
It is still uncertain whether their key player, Bayern Munich's Roque Santa Cruz, will be fit for the game and Eriksson believes the style Paraguay adapt will depend on if he plays.
"Paraguay are a good team and Santa Cruz is extremely important to them playing behind either one or two strikers," Eriksson added.
"He has had a great season with Bayern Munich, and I think he will be important in their system, and that they will try to play on the counter-attack."
England leave for their German training camp at Baden-Baden tomorrow.
