Tottenham Hotspur have announced the permanent signing of midfielder Niko Kranjcar from Portsmouth for an undisclosed fee.
The Croatian international joins countrymen Verdran Corluka and Luka Modric at the club after agreeing personal terms and completing a medical.
Kranjcar began his career with Dinamo Zagreb, making his debut at 16 before captaining the team to a league and Super Cup double in 2003.
The 25-year-old then joined rivals Hajduk Split in January 2005, where he earned another championship medal in his first season before departing for Fratton Park in the summer of 2008.
He played a total of 100 games for the south coast outfit, scoring 12 times in all competitions.
