Tottenham Hotspur have been handed a tough draw in their quest for a first FA Cup trophy since 1991 with a trip to Chelsea's Stamford Bridge.
The London rivals will play each other for the second time this season, after Spurs earned their first win over the west London outfit in 16 years with a 2-1 victory at White Hart Lane in November.
Championship side Plymouth - the lowest-ranked team left in the competition - have a genuine chance of reaching the semi-finals after being drawn at home to Premiership strugglers Watford.
The match is a repeat of the 1984 semi-final tie between the two clubs, which Watford won 1-0.
The winner of the replay between Arsenal and Blackburn at Ewood Park will be at home to fellow Premiership club Manchester City, while both participants in the other quarter-final are yet to be decided.
West Brom's 2-2 draw at the Riverside against Middlesbrough will be settled in a replay at the Hawthorns and Reading's creditable 1-1 draw at Old Trafford earns them another crack at Manchester United for a place in the last eight.
Full FA Cup quarter-final draw:
Middlesbrough/West Brom v Manchester Utd/Reading
Arsenal/Blackburn v Manchester City
Chelsea v Tottenham Hotspur
Plymouth Argyle v Watford
The ties are to be played over the weekend of March 10th/11th.
