Tottenham Hotspur have kick-started their summer spending with the double capture of Kyle Naughton and Kyle Walker from Sheffield United.
The north London outfit have been unusually quiet this summer, after a massive outlay in January, with Didier Zokora's transfer to Seville the only move of note.
Naughton, a 20-year-old full-back, was a near-ever present in the Blades' promotion-chasing side last term and ended the campaign with a place in the PFA Championship Team of the Year. He is also capped for England at under-21 level.
Meanwhile another full-back Walker, who only made his competitive debut in November 2008 whilst on loan at Northampton Town, featured seven times for United during the last campaign.
A select XI, including Naughton, face Aldershot Town tonight bidding to make it four wins out of four in preseason for Harry Redknapp's men. Heurelho Gomes and Alan Hutton are also set to feature.
