Andy Murray will face world number one Roger Federer in the group stages of the ATP World Tour finals in London, after the draw was made today.
Murray, ranked number four in the world behind Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic, will also face Argentina's Juan Martin del Potro and Spaniard Fernando Verdasco.
The second group features Nadal, Djokovic, Nikolay Davydenko and Andy Roddick's stand-in Robin Soderling.
The Swedish star, who knocked Nadal out of the French Open earlier this year before losing to Federer in the grand slam final, was drafted in after a knee injury forced Roddick to pull out.
Murray's group looks set to pose a difficult test for the Scot, with Del Potro having announced his presence on the ATP Tour this year by beating him on the way to winning his maiden grand slam title at the US Open.
Verdasco beat the Briton at the first major tournament of the year, the Australian Open, in January.
The week-long tournament begins at the O2 Arena on Sunday, with the final set for Sunday November 29th.
