Nottinghamshire smashed an enormous 170-6 off just 13 overs to win their rain-affected Friends Provident trophy against Derbyshire at Trent Bridge.
The limited-overs match was reduced to a slog by rain and the Outlaws responded by hitting in excess of two runs a ball for their allotted overs.
David Hussey, brother of Australian Test batsman Mike, led the assault with 56 from 20 balls, including seven sixes, while opener Bilal Shafayat hit 34 from 16 balls.
In reply Derbyshire could only manage 120-9 at a run rate of 9.23, with Ant Botha top-scoring on 47.
Elsewhere the rain washed out scheduled fixtures between Leicestershire and Lancashire, Sussex and Ireland and Warwickshire and Yorkshire.
But play was possible at the Riverside, where Durham needed 44 overs to beat Scotland's 205 all out.
In Wales, a 72 from former England batsman Mark Butcher helped Surrey to a win over Glamorgan while in Bristol Essex fell short of Gloucestershire's 222-7 from 33 overs.
Ryan ten Doeschate took 5-50 and captain Ronnie Irani and Varun Chopra hit half-centuries but despite their the visiting side were dismissed 22 runs short for 200.
