Manchester City are determined to bolster their squad in the next week if rumours are to be believed as Kaka is not the only player on their radar.
Having launched bids for the Brazilian and Nigel de Jong, City are also willing to pay Chelsea £40 million for captain John Terry.
Mark Hughes is also expected to up the stakes to £8 million in his bid to land Newcastle United goalkeeper Shay Given. Meanwhile long-term target Roque Santa Cruz has pleaded with Blackburn Rovers to let him leave so he can play with Kaka.
