It's a quiet Monday morning at rumour mill headquarters, as clubs attempt to finalise and identify prospects for the January transfer window.
Kolo Toure has pleaded with his brother to join him at Manchester City in the January transfer window.
Yaya Toure has been linked with the wealthy club for months now and it has been suggested that he could be used in a deal involving Robinho going the other way to Barcelona.
Newcastle United are willing to spend £5m on prolific Leeds forward Jermaine Beckford in order to help secure promotion back to the Premier League. The Magpies already have a few striking options but feel that the quick striker may be able to take them to the next level.
Tottenham are looking towards Valencia's left winger Vicente to help their push for a top four place in the league. Valencia are a club in deep financial trouble and Vicente has gone on record requesting to leave the club.
Meanwhile Gareth Southgate will be getting back into management in the near future, possibly with Brighton & Hove Albion. Southgate has only been out of a job for a month and has already stated that he feels ready for another challenge.
