Craig Bellamy and Gary Neville will not face improper conduct charges over their behaviour during the Manchester derby.
The FA has decided not to press charges but warned the players as to their future conduct.
Neville, a non-playing substitute, ran towards the Manchester City supports as he celebrated Michael Owen's dramatic late winner, while Bellamy appeared to push a fan in the face after the supporter ran onto the pitch.
An FA statement, said: "Gary Neville has been reminded of his responsibilities following his actions after Manchester United's final goal deep into injury time."
Neville had previously been fined £5,000 for similar celebrations following Manchester United's win at home to Liverpool three years ago.
"In relation to Craig Bellamy the match referee has confirmed that he would not have sent the player off had he seen the incident with the fan at the time," the statement continued.
Meanwhile, United have also escaped disciplinary action after City substitute Javier Garrado was struck on the head by a coin thrown from the home supporters at half time.
