Sale bounced back from last week's shock defeat by thrashing Calvisano 67-11 in the second round of Heineken Cup matches.
The Guinness Premiership champions made ten changes to the side which lost to Ospreys last Friday.
Sale rammed in nine tries including a hat-trick from Foden while England international Charlie Hodgson kicked eight penalties at Edgeley Park.
Dean Schofield, Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe, Chris Bell, Sebastian Chabal, Jason Robinson, and Chris Mayor also crossed the line for the Sharks.
