The bus driver involved in a fatal accident in Croydon, south London, on Sunday has been arrested.
The crash involved the bus, a car and a tram at the junction with Wellesley Road and led to the death of a 28-year-old bus passenger.
Six other passengers received minor injuries and were treated at Mayday hospital.
A statement from the Metropolitan police today confirmed the bus driver, 28, was treated at St George's hospital yesterday and later arrested.
He remains in custody at a south London police station.
Police believe the tram collided with the route 468 double-decker bus before the bus crashed into a parked BMW car.
Officers from the collision investigation unit at Catford have appealed for witnesses to contact them on 020 8285 1574.
