Wigan have dumped Bradford out of the Super League playoffs for the second straight season after a 30-14 win at the JJB Stadium.
The Warriors scored five tries to seal a comfortable victory to set-up a clash with either Catalan or Warrington, who meet tomorrow.
Bradford drew first blood with Paul Deacon's goal on five minutes while Andy Lynch crossed over for the game's opening try on 21 minutes.
But the home side dominated the rest of the half and their possession was rewarded when Thomas Leuluai crossed the line on the half hour mark. And Wigan scored a crucial try on the stroke of half time with Harrison Hansen diving over in the corner to give them a 12-8 lead at the break.
Wigan struck first in the second half with Mark Calderwood touching down on 45 minutes to increase their advantage. The Bulls put themselves back in the game seven minutes later when Simon Finnigan scored with Iestyn Harris kicking over his second goal of the game.
But the Warriors finished the game stronger and edged closer to victory when Joel Tomkins crossed the line on 65 minutes, with Gareth Hock sealing the rout three minutes later.
Pat Richards booted over his fifth goal of the game on 70 minutes to seal victory for Brian Noble's men.
