Justin Rose has a share of the lead at the Nedbank Challenge in Sun City, South Africa, heading into the final round.
The Englishman carded a round of 67 and is on 16-under-par alongside home favourite Trevor Immelman.
Rose headed into the last nine holes three shots behind Immelman but hit a superb 32, including five birdies, to claw back the advantage.
Another home star Ernie Els is well placed on 11-under-par and will be a man to watch in the final round tomorrow. Swede Henrik Stenson is in third place on seven-under-par.
"Both times I felt I was faltering today, I managed to get three birdies in a row and get myself back in the tournament," said Rose.
"That was great. You can't do that at will so when it does happen, it really is pleasing."
Immelman said he was looking forward to battling Rose for the trophy tomorrow, but warned there were still other players who could still challenge.
"We can't let it become a match-play situation because it's a tough golf course, and there are some good players behind us that we have to keep our eyes on," Immelman said.
England's Luke Donald is in fourth place but a massive nine shots behind the leaders.
