Tottenham manager Juande Ramos has revealed he is interested in bringing Brazilian superstar Ronaldinho to White Hart Lane.
Ronaldinho has struggled to find his best form for Barcelona this season and reports today suggested the Spanish giants were ready to sell the two-time world player of the year for as little as £12 million.
The 28-year-old has been linked with European giants Milan, Inter, and Chelsea, but so far only Ramos has shown interest in Ronaldinho.
"Great footballers will find their place in any team and that includes Tottenham. I consider Ronaldinho a great player in every way you can define that description," said Ramos.
"I'm following what's being said about him potentially leaving at the end of the season. I guess I'd have to speak directly to the player himself to determine where the truth lies."
While Tottenham fans will be licking their lips at the thought of Ronaldinho joining, they will also be pleased to hear that Ramos is determined to keep hold of current White Hart Lane favourite Dimitar Berbatov.
The Bulgarian star was the subject of transfer speculation in January and his agent has now admitted that Berbatov would consider an approach from Milan if they came in for him.
But Ramos was adamant that he wants Berbatov to "keep on playing for Tottenham", but admitted that he wasn't surprised that big clubs were linked with his star striker.
