Kimi Raikkonen is hoping to end his partnership with Ferrari on a high at this weekend's season finale Abu Dhabi grand prix.
The Finn, who has been with the Maranello-based team for three years and snatched the drivers' title away from Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso's grasp in 2007, has yet to sign a deal for 2010, however, he is being linked to a move to either Toyota or McLaren.
Raikkonen said he is keen to ensure he leaves Ferrari having secured third position in the constructors' table over McLaren and a top five place in the drivers' standings, being only one point adrift of Hamilton going to Abu Dhabi.
"The race in Abu Dhabi will be my last grand prix with Ferrari and, as usual, I will give it everything to gain the best possible result," said Kimi.
"It's time for me to say goodbye to the guys at Ferrari after three years together.
"I'm proud of the things we have achieved, especially the drivers' title in 2007 and the constructors' title in the same year and in 2008.¿¿
"This season the car hasn't been as competitive as we wanted but at least we managed to win one race and gain a certain amount of points - let's hope we can conclude the season with something nice to be remembered."
