Henry Paul is on the winning side on his first game back in rugby league for Harlequins RL who beat Hudersfield 22-16.
Paul came on and started nervously by missing his first two kicks after arriving at Twickenham Stoop.
He then got into his stride and converted Nick Bradley-Qalilawa's second try as the Quins edged past the Giants.
Paul said: "I was really nervous beforehand and I am knackered. I trained with the guys yesterday and I was blowing after that, and I am blowing now.
"But I am really happy to get a win in front of a good crowd. They were looking to see if I could still play and I ran as hard as I could. I will find my feet in the next few weeks."
The Quins got off to a good start with tries from Mark McLinden and David Mills in the first half, before Bradley-Qalilawa scored twice in the second period.
Tries from Stuart Jones, James Evans and Stuart Donlan put the pressure on the home side but the Giants could not overturn the deficit.
