North Korea is preparing to launch a series of short-range missiles later today, according to South Korean media.
On Monday Pyongyang fired five missiles off its east coast, once again drawing international condemnation.
The reclusive communist state had previously signalled it may be willing to return to talks on nuclear disarmament.
However, the Yonhap news agency has quoted a government source as stating activity on the western part of the Korean peninsula suggests further launches may take place on Tuesday.
"There have been indications that the North is getting ready to fire short-range missiles from the west coast," the source is quoted as saying.
North Korea has already issued a warning to all ships to stay out of coastal waters between October 10th and 16th.
