England midfielder Frank Lampard has admitted that Wayne Rooney wasn't fouled in the build-up to the opening goal against Slovenia on Saturday evening.

Chelsea midfielder Lampard put the home side ahead from the penalty spot after Rooney was adjudged to have been pulled to the ground by a defender on the edge of the six-yard box.
