Manchester United captain Gary Neville praised goal hero Danny Welbeck after his goal sent United through to the fourth round of the Carling Cup.
The striker struck midway through the second half, and Neville believes he showed the same traits as many of the other young players at the club.
Neville said: "Danny is a good talent and possess great movement.
"He, like many other young players at this club, love playing on the big stage when they get the chance, and Danny showed that by the goal that he scored."
However, Welbeck was quick to play down his contribution, insisting there is more to come.
Welbeck said: "I wouldn't rate it as one of my best performances, but I worked hard and to get a goal is fantastic."
