Three men arrested after 33-year-old man is stabbed to death
Three men have been arrested after a 33-year-old man was stabbed to death and another left seriously injured.
Police found the two victims in the Catherine Street and Langdale Street area of Elland, near Halifax, West Yorkshire, at about 17:00 BST on Friday.
The 33-year-old was pronounced dead in hospital while the second man, 35, is being treated for stab wounds and remains in a serious condition.
Three local men, aged 28, 29 and 50, have been arrested in connection with the incident, police have confirmed.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman added: "[We] believe that this has not been a random attack but an incident involving two groups of males who are known to each other."
A post-mortem is to be held on the murdered victim today.
