Britain's number one Andy Murray has admitted to being "immature on court" and vowed to improve his behaviour before this year's Wimbledon.
The Scot's comments comes after he was branded "miserable" by former number one Tim Henman and as he prepares to take part in the French Open next week, for which he has been seeded 11th.
Murray told reporters: "I've watched matches of myself and sometimes I think the way I act on court is great, and at other times I don't like it.
"Sometimes I'm immature on court and that's not acceptable
"It needs to get better. This year it's definitely been much better than the last four or five months of last year."
The 21-year-old's seeding at Roland Garros means he will avoid the favourites Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal in the opening rounds and he is therefore confident that he will make it through to the second round of the event.
Last year Murray was forced to sit out both the French Open and Wimbledon as a result of injury, while 2008 has, so far, been relatively disappointing, with defeat in the first round of the Australian Open to the unfancied Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
