Manchester United have been drawn away to Southampton in the FA Cup third round.

In a repeat of the 1976 Cup final, Sir Alex Ferguson's side will travel to St Marys Stadium on the weekend starting January 3rd.

Arsenal are at home to Plymouth Argyle while Liverpool will face Preston North End at Deepdale.

Chelsea entertain Southend United at Stamford Bridge while holders Portsmouth start their campaign against Bristol City at Fratton Park.

Hull City welcome Newcastle United to The KC, while Tottenham Hotspur face Wigan Athletic in one of three all Premier League ties.

Histon Town, who stunned Leeds United, are at home to Swansea City while fellow non-league outfit Barrow Town have a daunting trip to Middlesbrough.

Forest Green will clash with Derby County, while Blyth Spartans could set up a third round clash with Blackburn Rovers if they beat Bournemouth in their second round replay.
