A 20-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a commuter during rush hour on Friday at a London Underground station.
The man was arrested in the early hours of yesterday morning and will now appear before Horseferry Magistrates court on Monday.
The victim, in his 50s, was pushed in front of a tube train at Highbury and Islington station on the Victoria line at 18:00 BST on Friday.
British Transport Police have confirmed that the family of the victim, who has not yet been named, will by flying in from overseas to identify him.
Detective Superintendent Ashley Croft said: "We are still to keen to trace everyone who was at Highbury and Islington station on Friday night and who saw the incident.
"In particular, a number of people were seen on CCTV chasing the suspect."
Sections of the Victoria line were suspended on Friday evening following the man's death.
