Madonna has topped the UK album chart with her third greatest hits album, Celebration.
This is the star's 11th number one in the UK, and the double album includes recent hits like 4 Minutes with Justin Timberlake along with classic tracks such as Vogue.
The number one puts Madonna just behind the Beatles as most successful album artist in UK chart history, although she has a few to go until she beats their record of 15 number ones, according to chart compiler The Official Charts Company.
Muse was pushed off the top to number two with their album Resistance, while Dizzee Rascal entered the chart at number three with Tongue 'n Cheek.
Taio Cruz took the number one spot in the singles chart with Break Your Heart, for the second consecutive week.
David Guetta's dance hit Sexy Chick also remained steady at number two, while rapper Jay-Z saw his duet with Alicia Keys, Empire State of Mind, climb 12 places to third.
