Rumours that Frank Lampard is looking for a way out of Stamford Bridge after disputes over a new contract are untrue according to the player's agent.
The Blues' midfield mainstay was reportedly at loggerheads with the Stamford Bridge hierarchy after delays and disagreements over a new deal to extend the remaining two years of his current terms.
But Steve Kutner claims that the reason for the current contractual limbo is just the logistics of scheduling a meeting with all concerned parties.
"The three of us haven't had chance to talk. But nothing has changed - Frank wants to stay," he said.
"There has never been a time when the three of us have been free as Frank has been on holiday and Peter has been away.
"But Frank will join up with Chelsea's tour next week and will be as committed as ever. Nothing can get sorted out until he gets back, but there is no rush."
Reports in the weekend's papers claimed that Juventus and Barcelona were hovering after the player turned down a £121,000-a-week offer sanctioned by owner Roman Abramovich.
Both clubs would represent attractive propositions to Lampard with former Chelsea mentor Claudio Ranieri now at the Bianconeri helm and his partner Elen Rives believed to favour a return to her Catalan hometown.
Under new Fifa rules Lampard could buy out the remainder of his Chelsea contract to effectively depart Jose Mourinho's squad on a free transfer.
