Police have released CCTV footage showing the last moments of murdered Manchester teenager Jessie James.
The 15-year-old was shot dead while riding his bicycle just before 02:40 BST on the morning of Saturday 9th September in the middle of Broadfield Park.
Footage released today shows Jessie, together with a group of youths, also on bicycles, close to the park. After the attack the boys dispersed but, reconvening shortly afterwards, found Jessie's body by repeatedly ringing his mobile phone.
Additional images show two young men, also on bicycles, who police wish to speak to about the incident.
Detective Superintendent Tony Cook, leading the investigation into Jessie's murder, said: "We know there are still people who have information that could help us to catch the people responsible for this murder and I would appeal to them to come forward.
"As the investigation goes on we have been able to build a more comprehensive picture of the circumstances surrounding this incident but we still need a few vital pieces of information to help us to catch Jessie's killer."
Greater Manchester police (GMP) have gone to great lengths in their efforts to find a witness to the Broadfield Park shooting, apparently without success as yet.
As well as Det Supt Cook making repeated pleas to the public, a poster campaign featuring the slogan 'Can you live with it? I can't' has been issued along with a video on internet broadcasting website YouTube.
