Jedward, the Irish twins from last year's X Factor finals, have failed to reach number one in the official charts with their debut single.
John and Edward Grimes, 18, entered the singles chart at number two with their cover of Under Pressure (Ice Ice Baby) by Vanilla Ice, according to the Official UK Charts Company.
Owl City who held to the number one position with Fireflies, while Alicia Keys's The Elements of Freedom knocked Paolo Nutini off the top spot of the official album chart.
Timbaland featuring Katy Perry If We Ever Meet Again rose through the single's charts from 17 to three this week, while the Glee Cast dropped from two to four.
It is widely expected that the Haiti relief single will be number one next week, after it shot straight to number one in the music download charts on the day of its release.
The single is a cover of the 1993 REM hit Everybody Hurts and features 21 stars including Leona Lewis, Cheryl Cole and Robbie Williams reuniting with his former Take That bandmates.
