A suicide attack in the Afghanistan capital on Monday claimed the life of a British soldier, it has emerged.
The unnamed soldier from the 16 Signal Regiment died in the blast in Kabul at 16:00 local time (12:30 BST) yesterday.
He is the 115th British soldier to die since operations began in Afghanistan in 2001.
