Munster star Marcus Horan has been cleared of kicking Llanelli Scarlets' Deacon Manu in the Heineken Cup clash at Thomond Park on Sunday.
Horan was cleared by an independent disciplinary committee after match commissioner Bill Dunlop reported the Irish prop for the alleged kick.
A European Rugby Cup [ERC] statement read: "After considering the evidence available, the independent Disciplinary Committee dismissed the citing and cleared the player (Horan) of any foul play relating to the citing."
The 30-year-old, who was sin-binned in the second-half of his side's 22-13 victory over the Scarlets, will now be available for the rest of the Heineken Cup games, although the Scarlets can appeal the decision.
Munster climbed to the top of Pool 5 after the win and will qualify for the knockout stages if they can beat Clermont Auvergne next month.
"Clermont Auvergne will be a hell of a place to have to go to. But 10 days ago we might have had nothing to play for and these two wins have ensured we will have a great deal to play for next month," said Declan Kidney.
