Health authorities in England and Scotland have announced the discovery of seven more cases of swine flu.
In London the Health Protection Agency (HPA) said four more cases had been discovered, while the Scottish executive said three people had been diagnosed with the virus in the Greenock area.
The new cases bring the UK-wide total to 85.
At a press conference on Friday, Scottish health secretary Nicola Sturgeon said: "Tests have now confirmed three further probable cases as positive for the H1N1 flu virus. All three people are experiencing mild symptoms and their clinical conditions are not giving cause for concern.
"While this level of person-to-person transmission remains very limited, it is important that we continue to work to contain the virus and limit its spread."
The HPA meanwhile said the four children diagnosed with swine flu were are linked to previously confirmed cases.
Earlier today the government announced the purchase of 90 million pre-pandemic vaccines from the H1N1 strain.
Cases of swine flu, which has killed 65 people worldwide, in the UK have so far been mild.
