Arsenal, the conquerors of defending champions Liverpool on Saturday evening, have been paired with bogey team Bolton Wanderers in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
The Gunners will be at home, however, and will fancy their chances of progressing, despite being knocked out by Sam Allardyce's men last season.
A couple of other intriguing all-Premiership affairs see high-flying Portsmouth visiting Old Trafford to face league leaders Manchester United and relegation-threatened West Ham have been handed a home draw against fellow strugglers Watford.
One of the ties of the round pairs two clubs with a rich cup history in Chelsea and Nottingham Forest.
Forest last reached the cup final when Brian Clough was in charge in 1991, when they lost to Tottenham Hotspur in the final. They have won the trophy twice, but their last victory was in 1959.
Chelsea, on the other hand, have more recent memories of cup success - lifting the trophy in 2000 and appearing in the final in 2002.
Another potentially explosive fourth round tie could see local rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers host West Bromwich Albion. For a midlands derby to take place, however, Wolves will need to overcome Oldham Athletic in a replay.
