Police are appealing for eyewitnesses after four people were shot at a nightclub in Birmingham in the early hours of Sunday morning.
West Midlands police said three men aged 20, 23, and 25, and one woman aged 25, were in hospital from gunshot wounds in a comfortable condition.
All four were shot at the Custard Factory, in Gibb, Street, Digbeth, at around 01:00 BST this morning. The venue had been hosting an urban music event at the time of the shootings.
Police said forensic examinations of the scene were underway.
Detective Inspector Tom Chisholm added: "We know a large number of people were there and we are appealing for them to contact the police urgently with any information they may have.
"All gun crime is treated seriously and we want to reassure the local community will have a team of officers this morning working on the incident and increased patrols in the area."
