BBC reporter Alan Johnston has been freed from captivity in the Gaza Strip – 114 days after being taken hostage at gunpoint.
His incarceration by an Islamic group calling itself the Army of Islam represents the longest period of captivity of any western hostage in the Palestinian territories.
