Formula one newcomers Campos Meta have been rebranded as the Hispania Racing Team (HRT) after Jose Ramon Carabante took the reins of the Spanish outfit earlier this year.
The Campos team, which was granted one of four new entries to the 2010 F1 grid along with Virgin Racing, Lotus Racing and USF1, hit financial turmoil last year as it prepared for its debut season in the top flight.
As a result, the squad's original owner Adrian Campos relinquished control of the team to Spanish investor Carabante, who has since brought in former Midland F1 and Spyker team principal Colin Kolles to turn the team around before the racing season commences in Bahrain on March 14th.
On Wednesday it was confirmed that Campos would be rebranded as HRT, emphasizing the outfit's roots in Murcia, Spain, ahead of the its official launch, which will take place on Thursday.
At the event, Bruno Senna will be revealed as part of the team's driver line-up, along with his new team-mate, believed to be Indian GP2 star Karun Chandhok.
